I founded this company at the start of 2021 after taking the step of faith at the end of 2020 to pursue independent consulting on a full-time basis.
I created this website with two primary purposes in mind. First, as a platform to share my experience in leading SAP SuccessFactors implementations, my personal values, and my passion for helping organizations unlock the full potential of both their people and their HR systems. Second, to serve as a platform to connect with other like-minded independent consultants in the HR technology project leadership space. Independent consulting can be a rewarding but solitary path, and I wanted to create a network of connections where we can encourage one another, share opportunities, and collaborate to achieve greater impact.
