About me and my approach

 With my "been there, done that" experience implementing HR Information Systems and my desire to see others succeed, I thrive on working with my teams, HR leaders, HR IT leaders, and Implementation Partners to "unleash success"!
 

• In the spirit of "Synergy Unleashed" I am intentionally and relentlessly focused on identifying and addressing the specific areas that are most likely to position HR System implementations for success.
• Having experienced the power of working together as a team, I supplement and synergize rather than operating as if I have all the answers.  
• Whilst the customer will always be my first priority, I pride myself on being able to collaborate effectively with all areas of an organization, software vendors and implementation partners in order to ensure that customers have successful HR System implementations. 
• With my focus on agility and delivery I avoid reinventing the wheel. Although I will draw primarily on recommended methodologies and tools, I have the ability to work within any customer preferred frameworks.

• With a sincere desire for others to be successful I have no hidden agendas.
• I am driven more by the satisfaction of being able to contribute in a positive way than the benefits associated with personal financial incentives. 
• With my people first approach together with my implementation experience, I am often able to synergistically impact the management of HRIS implementations by identifying and addressing key areas negatively impacting implementation success.
