My Approach
In the spirit of "Synergy Unleashed" I am intentionally and relentlessly focused on identifying and addressing the specific areas that are most likely to position HR System implementations for success.
Having experienced the power of working together as a team, I supplement and synergize rather than operating as if I have all the answers.
Whilst the customer will always be my first priority, I pride myself on being able to collaborate effectively with all areas of an organization, software vendors and implementation partners in order to ensure that customers have successful HR System implementations.
With my focus on agility and delivery I avoid reinventing the wheel. Although I will draw primarily on recommended methodologies and tools, I have the ability to work within any customer preferred frameworks.
